Steel making Pilot

Various studies have been conducted on utilizing steelmaking slag as an agricultural fertilizer and for rice cultivation, and further research continues in this area.

Feasibility Study Projects

Establishing small enterprises and industries has emerged as a key consideration in the nation's economic planning. By promoting domestic investment and curbing capital outflows, such initiatives can significantly aid sustainable economic expansion and capital accumulation. In this spirit, the R&D views appraising feasibility studies across diverse sectors - including transportation, steel production, cement, automotive parts and more - as a core responsibility. This design group evaluates proposals for their technical and commercial viability. Through assessing technical feasibility and demand, worthwhile endeavors are elevated for implementation.

Industrial Equipment Design and Manufacturing

The design and manufacturing of industrial equipment and machinery is another active and reliable subdivision of the R&D department. It aims to rapidly provide the required equipment for company, particularly pilot plants, with the highest reliability. Specialized design and simulation software is used. Some of the equipment designed and manufactured include: pilot HPGR machine with 7t/h capacity, dry magnetic separator with 25 t/h, and micronized milling circuit including a dry ball mill, air separator, and bag filter system.
